Fixed metallic-porcelain prosthesis on implants

Fixed rehabilitations on implants can be carried out to replace one single tooth, a group of teeth, and complete arch or the entire mouth. From the lack of one single tooth to all the teeth, the totally fixed option can be used through implantology.

When the entire mouth is replaced, it is not necessary to place a dental implant for each lost tooth, but depending on the quality and quantity of the bone and on the characteristics of each patient's mouth, the professional will consider how many implants have to be placed and in what position.

The fixed reconstruction on implants does not require dental drilling. Metallic-porcelain is used for the reconstruction. This offers a very good look, for it simulates the anatomy of the natural teeth.

Prostheses with ball accessory

These prevent a complete conventional prosthesis from moving. Implants eliminate the need for unpleasant adhesives. They allow the patient to eat and chew without pain or irritation. The head of the implant is formed by a ball (male) on which it fits with some rings (female) placed on the prosthesis, causing the pressure button effect.

These are single phase trans-gingival implants with a ball system made of pure titanium. They are safely inserted and easy to handle.

Fixed, telescopic, hybrid prosthesis

This is a new, revolutionary system for manufacturing structures on implants developed and patented by Createch Medical which combines the most advanced technology in design and precision mechanizing with a surprising simplicity in the clinical handling.

Prosthesis on Ackerman bar

This is a removable prosthesis that rests on a bar that is screwed onto the implants, remaining fixed. On its part, the prosthesis, entirely made of acrylic, has some clicks on the bottom which are put into the bar. It can be placed with a different number of implants.

Fixed hybrid maxillary prosthesis

From 6 to 8 implants can be used for supporting a fixed hybrid prosthesis. This is one that the patient cannot take out of his/her mouth. It consists of a mold with a metallic base in which false teeth and pink acrylic are placed. They are fixed to the implant with screws and the patient cannot take them out.

Generally, this is the case of those patients who have been using dentures for a long time.
